In the tapestry of time, on the 16th of May, 2000, a seed was sown by the UDAY Foundation—a hostel for the budding chartered accountants of tomorrow. What began in rented premises with a modest cohort of 14 students has blossomed into a vibrant sanctuary for 140 aspirants. From humble beginnings to a proud establishment with its premises, the UDAY Hostel stands tall, nurturing minds and dreams alike.
Operating under the benevolent monikers, the UDAY hostel not only provides a roof but also cultivates a homely environment. Guided by seasoned profеssionals, it serves as a crucible for forging friendships, building characters, and honing the skills essential for the rigorous journey of a Chartered Accountant.
b) UDAY Classes: Where Learning Meets Excellence
Amidst the hallowed halls of academia, the UDAY Foundation conducts a symphony of knowledge in thе form of UDAY Classes. These aren’t merе sеssions; thеy arе portals to succеss for CA studеnts, both at thе Intеr and Final lеvеls. Rеnownеd facultiеs and sеasonеd profеssionals orchеstratе thеsе classеs, wеaving a narrativе of еxpеrtisе and еxcеllеncе.

Thеsе bеacons of support illuminatе thе path for dеsеrving studеnts hailing from еconomically challеngеd backgrounds, еnsuring that financial constraints nеvеr cast a shadow on thеir acadеmic aspirations.

Indian holy festival like Holi, Diwali, Sakraat & other important day functions are celebrated in the hostel like CA-Day and Independence day & Republic Day which signifies the right spirit of India is celebrated with great gratification, joy and enthusiasm thereby inviting great personalities as chief guests of the function. They also appreciated the RCA Foundation for this Noble Cause of running such hostel and also conveyed the motivational speeches and their experience and guidance to the students.
All the students of the hostel are connected and linked with an Alumni BADI System which is an online system by using software designed to power networking between hostel students
This Alumni Badi System is operated by the 700 CA Students who have qualified their CA course from Uday Hostel and out of 700 CA Students, some of them also secured merit ranks. They all are placed in all over India and posted in high designated position in banks, companies and industries. Some of them have established their own practicing firms and some of them have started their own start-ups.
In this Alumni Badi System network these CA students are contributing their all efforts by way of sharing datas, guidance and their experience related to CA course, education and carrier of the students to boost up the knowledge and confidence of the students. This Alumni Badi System offer placement services to the fresh Chartered accountants preferably passed out from the hostel. Students of the hostel are being much benefited with this Alumni Badi System as they give their full guidance and support to the students with full interest and enthusiasm.
In this unique system thousands of students will be benefitted and give their best to serve and support directly & indirectly to the society, state and nation thereby creating jobs, employment, opportunities etc. to mitigate the drop-out professional education due to financial crisis & unemployment problem from the country to build the country strong
- In morning time students play Cricket and Volleyball at the premises, as students are facilitated with Outdoor and Indoor Sports Game with full sport equipments and proper playground. They are also provided Cricket Kits, Volleyball, & Basketball by the organisation.
- Hostel runs a Mess at the premises for the students and has appointed a best food making cook to provide them healthy and hygienic food.The time of eating food is fixed viz in early morning at 6.0am tea is served to the students, from 8.0am to 10.00am Breakfast, from 1.30am to 2.30am lunch and from 7.00pm to 9.30pm dinner is being ready to serve the students in the mess.
- Entry of the students in the hostel is restricted after 9.30pm.
